CAB adds Paul Nolan and Simon Harris to senior risk management team

Emerging markets wholesale lender Crown Agents Bank (CAB) has appointed Paul Nolan as money laundering reporting officer and Simon Harris as non-executive chairman of the credit risk committee. The appointments are part of an expansion strategy at CAB, which plans to become a leading transaction bank for emerging markets.

Nolan joins as part of the ongoing process of building the bank’s risk capacity. As well as anti-money laundering, his responsibilities include all aspects of anti-financial crime including fraud and anti-bribery and corruption.  

Harris joins from Standard Chartered Bank, where he was regional credit officer for Africa and Europe. Previously he also held senior credit risk roles at HSBC, including in a number of roles based within emerging markets.
